Harvest and Packaging
In order to guarantee the freshness of the plants the harvest is during the first hours of early morning.
The transport is carried out in a vehicle with refrigeration set to 4ºC, avoiding any stress on the plant as well as depletion of quality.

IImmediately following the harvest the plants are meticulously selected and are adequately packed in the transportation boxes
