about the production system
In the present system, the hydroponic system, the soil or substrate is completely replaced by a nutrient solution that contains all the minerals essential for a healthy plant growth.
With this technique, the roots sit on a growing tray (usually a tube) where they are wetted by the nutrient solution.
We have 5000m2 of production area that is distributed between two greenhouses: One that makes use of the NFT hydroponics system and another that uses a combination of coco fiber and pearlite to support the plant and that is exclusively dedicated to the production of fine herbs, primarily coriander. Healthy plant nutrition is guarantied by an automated irrigation system, assuring an optimized solution composition as well as optimized working conditions such as temperature, flow rate, etc.
